SSK warrants to the original end user customers that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship. Subject to the conditions and limitations, SSK will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of its products that proven to be defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials for a limited time period.
 
Detailed warranty period by product type:
 
1. Enclosure/Dock/USB Hub: 1 Year
 
2. External Hard Drive: 2 Years
 
3. Solid State Drive/USB Solid State Flash drive: 3 Years
 
4. USB Flash Drive: 5 Years

 
Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided by SSK on an exchange basis, and will be either new or recertified. All recertified products have been tested to ensure that they are functionally equivalent to new products.
 
If SSK is unable to repair or replace the product, it will refund or credit the lesser of either the current value of the product at the time the warranty claim is made or the purchase price.
